Firstly, some answers:

• Who is Hubert? - A monkey. More than that I cannot tell you yet, the Directorate will not allow it.
• Does anyone know him? - Yes. Many people. Although not that well. He may look friendly, but he's not.
• Where can you find him? - In many places, some that are known about, some yet to be discovered. The most obvious is whoishubert.com.
• Are there others like him? - Yes. But I can't tell you who nor how much like him they are.

Now, some questions:

• Is Hubert his real name?
• Is Hubert really a 'him'?
• What are his favorite numbers?
• Is he working for us, or against us?
• Who are his enemies?

And lastly, some tips:

• Keep your eyes peeled. You never know where clues may be found.
• Remember past events. They may help you in the future.
• Check that you have achieved what you think you have achieved. There is no point celebrating victory before the quest is over.
